Molecular Brain Tumor Course, May 18-20

Dear friends in neurosurgery, pediatrics and adult neuro-oncology,

You might have learnt of the First Molecular Brain Tumor Course organized by me, on behalf of the Hong Kong Division of International Academy of Pathology on May 18-20.

The key speakers are Dan Brat of Chicago (adult brain tumors) and Cynthia Hawkins of Toronto (pediatric) and myself. All three of us were in the Consensus Group of the WHO 2016 Brain Tumor Classification. A number of eminent clinicians (Godfrey Chan, Herbert Loong, Ying Mao) will also be speakers. The first two days are lectures and the third day is a laboratory day. This is a course (and not a conference) with the main aim being teaching and
learning; there will be plenty of time for your questions and interactions and full handouts will be provided.

The laboratory day is already sold out. A limited number of places are still available for the first two lecture days. The full program is available at the website for your scrutiny.

I look forward to seeing some of your fellows there.
